We have invested substantially in “state of the art” sequencing and proprietary software programs to certify that the right part goes on the right rack in the right order. When faced with the problem of ensuring on time delivery of sequenced parts, TFT designed a system to monitor our customer’s manufacturing line in real time. By setting certain thresholds on these stats, our employees and management are notified visual, audibly and via email if they near warning and emergency levels. TFT Global provides a cost-effective kitting process that utilizes our warehouse management system and dedicated employees to pick multiple SKU’s and combine them into a single new SKU or order number maintaining all levels of inventory.

The electrophoretic painting process is best described as a combination of plating and painting. The process uses an electrical current as a metal part is immersed in a water-based solution to attract and secure the paint product to that metal surface. Accommodating parts from 2’8” high to 2’ wide and 7’ long, our E-Coating process has a line speed of 24 racks per hour. The ultraviolet technology ensures our reverse osmosis system is kept bacteria-free, and our full waste-water system ensures is environmental responsibility.

With our proprietary software TFT manages empty container flow. Based off of usage TFT ensures that the right containers return to the proper suppliers at the right time. We receive, sort and inspect containers prior to shipping.
