Office Administrator

Job Location: Kansas City, MO

Shift: Days

Wage: $20.00 per hour

Prerequisites

  • High school diploma or recognized equivalent
  • College or University education or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Administrative support experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Proficient Data Entry and 10 key
  • Advanced organizational, and time management skills
  • Experience taking minutes / notes for meetings is preferred
  • Advanced communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Criminal background check, Drug Screen,  and Post Offer Pre-employment physical

Budget Responsibility

  • Fulfillment of Divisional and Corporate goals and objectives
  • Assist / organize team member appreciation events
  • Ensure accounting assignments are completed daily
  • Ensure Health & Safety procedures are administered

General Responsibility

  • Ensure A/R and A/P paperwork is completed on time
  • Ensure pre-invoices are sent on a weekly basis for invoicing
  • Ensure payroll is sent to Human Resources for processing
  • Data Reports: KPI’s, External Reports, Internal Reports
  • Responsible for transmission of contracts to customers for signature
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Schedule Health & Safety  meetings and ensure H&S postings are current
  • Coordinate meetings and record meeting minutes.
  • Track absenteeism and  discipline records according to TFT’s Policy Manual
  • Track history of lost time accidents and First Aid Incidents
  • Advise Human Resources on accidents/ injuries and submits investigation forms
  • Ensure all documentation is maintained and records keeping documents are sent to HR
  • Other relevant duties
